Who is in charge of the Philippines? (Letter to the President)
Everyone has their own likings of who will command them. A Person whose Leadership is for the good of everyone, a person whose leadership is not that bad but still bad for others sake, and a leadership that does nothing good for everyone.
I am writing this Letter for our President of the Philippines-Mr. Rodrigo Roa Duterte, and to all member of the Cabinet. I, John Benedict Guerrero Would like to express my gratitude to you, to all of the good deeds you have done in our beloved Country. I heard one of your speeches when you’re still campaigning on the election for President that you will eliminate all the drug addicts in a short period of time, also known as the Drug War but now there’s still too many addicts but it’s not your fault that they still continue to use drugs, it’s theirs. People now are stubborn, doing things straight and not thinking what would be its effect to them, to their family, and to our environment. Today, we our facing a crisis, a crisis that can destroy humans. During these times many has suffered-hunger, lack of income, no job, and worst is death, but with your benevolent Mr. President still, many is under your protection and continue living their best. The distribution of the long overdue Hacienda Luisita to the farmers, The distribution of the agriculture machinery that were purchased by the previous government but weren’t distributed for some political reasons, The billions worth of drugs seized in the operation, The closure of so many drug labs all over the country, including the floating shabu laboratories operated by Chinese drug lords. Duterte started a nationwide campaign to rid the country of crime, corruption, and illegal drugs. The war on drugs saw about 6,600 persons linked to the illegal drug trade killed as of July 2019. All of these acts of kindness of yours helped a lot of your people and I hope that you still will do many good things even if your tenure is near the end. I hope the next one to take your responsibility will do the same as you did or even more superior, to discipline us, and make peace. Who’s in charge or the Philippines? Mr. Rodrigo Roa Duterte
I, John Benedict Guerrero, now signing
